I love Schlotzsky's. This location does not disappoint. Their original sandwich is one of my favorite sandwiches of all time.
The "pizza sauce" left much to be desired. When we asked if they forgot to put the sauce on out double cheese pizza, they told us the pizza just comes with a "light" amount of sauce. Heads up that no sauce doesn't equal little sauce.
While good, the quality of the sandwiches here seems to fluctuate a bit. I'm comparing this location to all the locations in and around Austin (where they originate from). That said, I have never had bad service or food here, just service or food that isn't always up to the same standard as it was the last time I was in. Store has undergone recent remodel, looks very nice inside. Quality has been high since then as well.
