I have never ever been to a place where I was severely discriminated by bartenders and their manager. A few of us asked for drinks where we came in all happy and friendly then boom they stopped serving without any explanation. She flat out told my husband that I was loud but wouldn't even have it that I am deaf, so he brought that up with the manager and she LIED. Be honest and own up your mistake. I have had TWO interpreters there with me and she interpret everything to me. I literally had to SHOW her my hearing aid to get her to calm down and realize she was over the line. My sister in law gave her 40 dollars for nothing and yet she discriminated me. It's like I feel ashamed for having all my friends and family from Colorado, California, literally all over the US coming out to be here for our wedding and they had souvenirs from the wedding that literally had nothing in it and yet they were punished by the woman bartender with no explanation. This place is a mess, their management is awful and most importantly they've discriminated me as a deaf person. I am mortified that my friends and family are now saying, "wow this is how Texas is?" Train your staffs and business again. Never will I bring back a person in here. You all had a chance to make a lot of money by our group, sad.
Went in last night with a wedding party of 30, while there were no other customers in the bar. The bartender and manager wouldn't serve the majority of the party and were being unreasonable.
We love this place! They are great people and serve wonderful food! We always have the sweetest waitresses! The manager also came and introduced himself as we left. That shows a lot about his character! It's nice to dine somewhere where they are friendly on top of good food and drinks!
Nice service, long wait for blah burgers, good fries.
This place is amateur hour at best. The bartender could have made her rent, but instead turned away 30 people.
I should have checked the reviews before eating here. The waitress was very nice. It took forever for our food to come out. Which seemed strange beacuse the place was dead. We even had to wait for a table to be wiped down, which I though was strange since no one was in there. We waited 30 minutes for our food to come out. Terrible food. The chips had no flavor. My burger was not that great. My son wouldn't even eat the macaroni and cheese. He said it was nasty. My daughter would not eat her burger. They both liked the fries though.
Could use a better whiskey selection, but still very good
Great food and hospitality.
