the items are not always in the right place but you can eventually find what you are looking for, just do not expect an employee to help. I have been ignored twice by a passing employee on their phones.
Their customer service is deplorable. It is easier to just make the short drive to Amarillo.
The store is usually short staffed. Still, they are polite and usually have what you need.
