You get what you pay for and since this place is pretty cheap, you don't get much. The spots aren't as small as some rv parks, but they are pretty barren. If you want a place to sleep other than walmart this would be an ok choice. We didn't 100% feel safe as there were some individuals hanging around outside that made us uncomfortable. Not to mention their huge dog off leash. We have a small dog and were uncomfortable walking her. Close to the highway too so be prepared for road noise.
Sites are set up where your door is facing your neighbors door so you don't really have much privacy. For us it wasn't a big deal because we were only staying for one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good laundry facility and clean bathrooms. There is one flat rate (25$) . No surcharge for extra guests. No extra charge for 50 amp service. Would recommend staying.
Nice RV park, it has showers and a laundry area, not a great gym but it's still a gym. The front office and personell are very courteous and the park has very reasonable rates. The park is just about full up for the winter time so if your looking for a wintertime affordable place to stay, this park is probably yr best bet.
Bathroom/ showers are old but serviceable. Could do much better with cleaning. Spaces are quite tight. Still, a nice place to stop for a night or two. Close to Canyon (restaurants and Walmart) and Palo Duro state park. Kids had a lot of fun at the club house.
The park is clean and well kept, the restrooms and laundry were clean. Management was easy to deal with. Only a few minutes from Canyon, less than 20 minutes to good shopping in Amarillo. I would stay here again.
